MS. Architect Altınay SEZEN;

Altınay Sezen holds a Master of Science degree in Urban Design and Architecture from Pratt Institute, one of the top-ranked architecture schools in the United States. Her first book, The Underwater Hotel, was published in 2005. Since then, she has authored numerous articles for architectural and engineering journals.

She has contributed to architectural and urban design projects in both the United States and Turkey, notably in New York City and Istanbul. Her portfolio includes the Hollywood Boulevard Residential Tower in Los Angeles, Downtown Manhattan Residences, the 5-Star Rotana Hotel in Turkey, the Bilfen Sancaktepe School Project, and the Seyrantepe Nurol Life Tower in Istanbul.

Beyond her professional work, Altınay co-founded The First Turkish Architects and Engineers Platform, an initiative inspired by international organizations like FIDIC and EFCA, to foster collaboration and innovation among emerging professionals in the field.
